Materials Models and Simulations for Nuclear Fuels MMSNF-3, CD-ROM, 13p., 13 Pages, 2004/00
The model of oxygen potential of (PuU)O was derived by experimental data set based on the lattice defect theory. In the model, the oxygen potential is calculated as a function of O/M and the temperature of fuel. The oxygen potential was evaluated by the crossed point of two lines of oxygen potential in the hypo-stoichiometric region and in the hyper-stoichiometric region. The oxygen potential of (NpAmPuU)Owas also evaluated and compared with that of (PuU)O2-X
